By downloading or using Cheatr, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Use of the App

Cheatr is a calorie portioning tool designed to assist — not replace — professional dietary or medical advice. You must be 13 years or older to use the app.

2. Calorie Estimates

All calorie estimates provided by Cheatr are approximations generated by AI vision analysis. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be used as the sole basis for medical or dietary decisions. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical nutrition advice.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.
Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly plans are available as listed in the app.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within Cheatr are the property of Cheatr and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
You may not attempt to circumvent subscription requirements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cheatr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheatr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
